總感到心累?你需要的是「界限」
: （優活健康網記者湯蕎伊／採訪報導）你是否在一段關係中常常會感到喘不過氣?或是有著龐大的心理壓力呢?總是覺得自己無法做好所有的事，滿足身邊的人的要求而覺得挫敗、難過。其實，這些感受都在告訴我們這段關係已經失衡了，自身的能量也不斷地在耗損當中，我們首先要做的並不是切斷關係，而是要為關係設下界限。
界限模糊來自失衡的家庭
諮商心理師吳姵瑩表示，一個人的人際模式以及對關係界限的論定，都與原生家庭有著密不可分的關係，很多界限模糊的人都來自(父親、母親)夫妻關係失衡的家庭。華人文化中的男主外、女主內的觀念，讓很多的(父親)丈夫從家庭中消失，因此孩子通常是與母親較為親近，陪伴孤單的母親並幫忙打理這個家，有些孩子甚至會與父親抗衡，替母親打抱不平，這時的孩子已轉變成一個平衡與保護的角色。
然而，這些情緒重擔都迫使孩子長大，儘管這不是孩子的責任範圍，仍執意跳進去(父親、母親)夫妻的圈圈裡去幫忙解決問題、扛起責任。但改變的程度有限，導致孩子自我價值感低落、否定自身的感覺也聽不到自己的內心聲音，進而分不清楚你我之間的界限，長大後一樣會扮演著救世主的角色，從中獲得被需要的價值感，直到病倒或是有很深的挫敗感時，才驚覺自己浪費太多時間在別人身上，而忘了好好關切自身的感受。
界限等於自私?
諮商心理師吳姵瑩的最新著作《關係界限》中提到:「之所以要設限，是因為身為人的有限性－時間有限、情緒有限、精力有限。但我們卻常常看不到這些有限，它們會拉垮你也拖垮關係。」
設立界限是為了讓關係能健康的延續，但在設下界限的過程中所面臨的挑戰可不少，諮商心理師吳姵瑩舉例:許多孩子長大成人後都會希望能離家獨立生活，但這對父母而言無不是一大衝擊，充滿空虛無力感的空巢期，讓許多父母無法接受，轉而以強制的方式控制孩子。
在華人社會家是一體的集體主義觀念下，有些父母會指責離家的孩子自私、不孝順，但其實孩子獨立生活是一個必經的責任養成過程。若是父母不肯放手讓孩子離不了家，就容易產生界限模糊的現象，有時嚴重的界線混淆，孩子甚至為覺得自己真的不能獨立、不能丟下父母，深怕父母的人生因為沒有自己而空乏。
孩子離家，父母面臨到的是自身角色的失落、價值感的失去，若我們願意去看到並體諒父母，可以幫助父母建構新生活，假設你已經預期明年要離家，這一年就是準備期，可不斷跟父母溝通，陪伴他們建立一些興趣，例如:參加社團、健身房或是旅遊團等，為父母的生活賦予價值與意義。
界限模糊-父母與孩子相互影響
界限模糊的孩子無法獨立，有時是孩子也十分依賴家人，像是有些成年仍住在家中的孩子不會自己洗衣、煮飯，沒有培養出生活自理的能力，自我照顧能力也不夠，父母跟孩子就形成2018信用卡購物回饋生命共同體的形式，大寶寶型的人若要設下界限，諮商心理師吳姵瑩建議，應限制自己不再去跟對方要求，例如:當你心裡感覺到孤單時，練習不要跟父母要，而是去向自己的生活圈要，或是找到其他的連結感就不會一直困在家庭裏頭，並學會安撫自己並尋求其他連結對象，建立屬於自己的支持系統。
買演唱會門票送男友 小資女遭詐騙集團已讀不回
: 饒舌樂團「頑童MJ116」將在台北小巨蛋舉辦演唱會，門票開賣不到3分鐘就被一掃而空，一名小資女想給鐵粉男友驚喜，只好上網購買黃牛票，遇到一名看似親切的賣家噓寒問暖，女子不疑有他推心置腹，卻遭對方用LINE騙走4000元後就已讀不回，讓女子欲哭無淚。
一名剛從大學畢業的林姓女子，為了給身為饒舌團體「頑童MJ116」鐵粉的男友驚喜，多次搶票卻都無功而返，只好轉向臉書社團「演唱會、換票、讓票、球票、代購」平台求救，徵票文一出，馬上收到陌生帳號「朱X儀」私訊，稱有票可賣給林女，並要她加LINE討論。
對方告訴林女可一起進場看演唱會，不必擔心實名制查驗身分，並一再保證絕非詐騙；林女以為找到救星，訂購兩張2000元的票，還向對方說：「男友很疼我，只想完成他心願！」對方也親切回應：「妳真的很好！」沒想到林女將4000元轉帳給對方後，即遭對方已讀不回封鎖，氣得大罵：「我會報警，你這個沒良心的！」
刑事局統計，頑童演唱會門票自6月2日開賣至6月3日宣布加場之間，就累積7件詐騙案，同時也發生「吳宗憲」、「槍與玫瑰」及「席琳狄翁」等大咖藝人演唱會門票遭詐騙等案件。警方呼籲民眾應採正常管道購買票券，並避免先匯款後取票，以免遭詐騙或發生交易糾紛。
